The Event:
In March, we were approached by a valued client to support their annual dinner at the Coventry Building Society Arena in November. With this year’s enchanting Alice in Wonderland theme, our team went all out to ensure the lighting perfectly complemented the atmosphere for the performing artists and that the evening ran seamlessly from start to finish. Our in-house Event Director provided event management services including supplier liaison and full event management for the set up and event delivery of this fantastic event.
What we did:
This year’s setup included 8 Elumen8 Evora 1000s, 8 LEDJ Pixel Storm Battens, 8 Showtec Mega Beams, 4 RGB Retro Pullmans, 2 Artisan 1200 RGBAL Profile Spots, 4 Elumen8 Kudos CM600Z, 2 Yuer 200w/300w Fresnel spotlights, and Laserworld CS-1000 RGB MK3 lights. Together, these elements created a stunning main stage that truly brought the Alice in Wonderland theme to life!
This year marked our first time collaborating directly with the client, contributing to both the planning and execution of the event. We’re proud to have helped make it a truly unforgettable evening for all who attended!
