Celebrating professional Footballers at Nottingham Forest
Earlier in the year, Hybrid AV was honoured to be chosen by Rainbows to be the Audio Visual supplier for the Chris Cohen Testimonial Ball. Held at the Crowne Plaza Nottingham, the ball was to celebrate the professional footballers time at Nottingham Forest Football Club and to raise money for Rainbows where Chris is a patron.
The Equipment we used.
Held in the Royal Ballroom, we dressed the walls in 88m of black starcloth, dressed 250 chairs and decorated the 25 tables with led table centre pieces, the entrance to the room was made complete with a black and gold dressed entranceway and uplighters. The main showpiece of the room was 28 panels of our indoor 3.91mm LED Video Wall. The high definition of the video wall perfect for show casing videos from Chris Cohens footballing career. Our two 7ft gold palm trees finished the stage set and a magic selfie mirror from our friends at Artyloon was in action at the bar area capturing the guests in full party mood.
Full audio visual production staff managed the four speaker PA for the live interview on stage as well as the saxophone entertainment and line up of videos and live auction items
The event raised an amazing amount!
Throughout the night the Live Auction managed to raise a staggering £55, 744 for Rainbows, Nancy Lillington, Events Manager at Rainbows sent us huge thank you note and we’re looking forward to working on more Rainbows events in 2019.
