The Event
The beginning of March saw our crew at Leicester Tigers to set up for their dinner celebrating 125 years at Welford Road. This special event saw 38 former legends of the club being interviewed throughout the night and with an attendance of over 500 guests this event was a real highlight of everyone’s 2018 diary’s, even twitter saw #125Welford trending throughout the night too!
What we used
We created the stage set using over 50 meters of truss which held 60 panels of our LED video wall split into four separate screens to ensure the whole of the rooms length of 77 meters was covered. 10 x Bose speakers ensured that all guests could hear all of the interviews and over 50 pieces of lighting were used to add atmosphere and effects.
Two 65″ screens were also in place for additional viewing as well as Tigers own fixed in-house screens and 60m of black drape finished off the set.
Our videographer worked alongside our audio visual technicians so all guests got the best views of the stage regardless of where they were sat. As well as miles of cables and a huge list of additional audio visual equipment far too long to list here, the end result was stunning and the set worked well for the room shape.
