The Brief
When our clients tasked us with producing a private and exclusive VIP Bar for a handful of invite-only guests, within the already existing Bar where the pre-dinner drinks were taking place for the remaining guests, we got very excited until we realised we’d have about 1.5 hours to create this before the guests started to arrive.
It had to be something easy to erect and quick to put together without losing the look and feel of Ibiza that our clients were after.
What we did
We decided on white voile hung on a 6mx6m pipe and drape framework to create the room which would allow the non invited guests the ability to glimpse inside without fully seeing what was going on, keeping that exclusive feel and air of privacy. White leather sofas and stools, led white ottomans and poseur tables with white leather stools were placed around the room and LED bar. Hanging above the LED uplighters were 4ft long crystal bead chandeliers to catch the light and adorning the tables were vases with white flowers and LED candles. The sponsors logo was projected onto the drape giving them full visibility within the room and a playlist full of Ibiza tunes kept the party going.
Two VIP hostesses from Ice Models looked after the guests all evening, beginning with a personal meet and greet then serving canapés and Dom Perignon champagne all evening and finally a professional doorman allowed entry to the invited guests once they showed their pass.

The VIP Bar was one of the highlights of the night, the sponsor was over the moon, the guests loved the exclusivity and Ibiza vibes and they are already looking at expanding this concept to other events they host around the world.
